There is one thing that I like to do as soon as I can, cooking tasty recipes for my house pets.
When there isn’t much time, super-premium croquettes (of which I read the label very carefully) are fine, or the papps are just as good, but the jelly I make personally doesn’t fight!
They like crazy and I always know what’s inside.
The most beautiful thing is that now I have devised various recipes that are ultra simple and ultra-fast, so much so that I can often make them even if time is short.
I thought of writing some of them here, as a sort of online recipe book, so I just wrote them to you and you can copy them to find out if you also like your kitty (I say yes…).
I begin with the “Delizie di Fegato”, a complete and good jelly for which you only need 4 ingredients, here’s what you need:
- 30 grams of bovine liver
- 1 spoonful of natural oat flakes
- extra virgin olive oil
- flakes of parmesan or parmesan cheese
Cut the liver into strips.
In a pan pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and sauté the liver strips for 30-40 seconds (they must be cooked but still soft).
In a small ceramic bowl pour the liver with the cooking oil, add the oat flakes and mix well.
Allow cooling to room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
when the jelly is lukewarm add some cheese flakes and serve your cat.
Be careful if you leave the bowl to cool on the cooking surface, it is likely that your cat jumps up to steal the treats from this treat, it prevents it from burning before everything is cooled and good food!
